On a recent visit to Delray Beach we found another community you might like. Andover has some great features and is definately worth a look.

While Andover really does offer a little bit for everyone. It’s hard to overlook how nice the Delray Beach location is. There is a little bit for everyone in Delray Beach with the bonus that Andover homes is wonderful as well.

The features available in Andover are numerous. Just an example of what it does include – a tennis, gated entry and play area.

After you visit Andover, you’ll have to drive around and see everything Delray Beach real estate has to offer. The location can’t be beat with fabulous shops, magnificent beaches and beautiful weather being just some of the things available to do in Delray Beach.

There are great communities all over. While Garden Oaks here in Palm Beach Gardens is one of our favorites, a great option in Delray Beach is Rio Poco.

Rio Poco in Delray Beach is just one of those communities you have to see to believe. Just one visit and you’ll know why everyone who lives in Rio Poco just loves it.

Features like a gated entry, tennis and boating, keep all of the residents of Rio Poco very satisfied.

While you’ll love the community, the Delray Beach homes is also amazing. The features of the city include things like fabulous shops, great beaches, sunny skies and fantastic parks.
